Description
In this hands-on class we will be making tempura rolls, reverse rolls, and rolls with fish outside. We will teach you how to make sushi rice and proper rolling methods. You will also learn how to use a knife safely, follow correct ingredient measurements, and create ponzu and other sauces. By the end of this class, you will be able to confidently make your own delicious sushi at home!
