Ernie has always had a passion for food. He enjoys trying new dishes from all over the world, and has refined his skills as a self-taught chef over the years. What he loves even more than cooking, is teaching others how to cook. He's worked with chefs from all around the world, and knows how to make cooking fun and entertaining for everyone. Ernie and his wife opened their store in Temecula Valley, where they sell many of the kitchen supplies they love to use in their own home.
