In this cooking class you will learn how to make some amazing Mediterranean dishes that are sure to impress your friends and family. We’ll start with a pan seared mahi mahi with a wine braised artichoke and tomato bruschetta. For the main course we’ll have quinoa, sundried tomato gnocchi with arugula pesto, olive/mushroom tapenade, and hummus. And for dessert we’ll have Baklava!
