Mary Simpson has worked her way up through the ranks of Kitchen Fantasy. Starting as a helper in the kitchen, she was always keen to learn and observe the different techniques used by the chefs.

Since then, she has worked under no less than ten different chefs, from all corners of the world. Each one has taught her something new, and helped her develop her own unique cooking style.

Today, Mary is an accomplished chef in her own right, and regularly teaches her own cooking classes. She is a passionate advocate for using fresh, seasonal ingredients - something that is often overlooked in today's world.
