These sweet, cute, and delicious treats have recently become quite a hit! Taking the public by storm, French or Parisian Macarons became famous in the bakeries of Paris, France during the 20th century. Our Macaron class will focus on the art of creating Macarons by learning and applying a few culinary steps and techniques, such as how to:  

·         Create a successful meringue using nut flour, sugar, and egg  

·         Pipe a Macaron meringue mixture onto a silicone baking mat  

·         Allow the Macaron mixture to successfully set and bake by following a few simple step  

·         Fill the Macaron cookie with various delicious preserves and chocolates
