Return Policy

Return Policy: Kitchen Fantasy wants you to be happy with your purchase: You may return unused items in their original packaging within
30 days from delivery date (returns post marked more
than 30 days from the original delivery date will be refused). Please enclose a note with the reason for return and your
e-mail address. When the items are received you will be credited for the purchase price of the items (shipping is not refundable). Items larger
than 14x14x12 will have a 20% restock fee to cover our cost in packaging. If you order and return
several of the same item, you will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee.
Please ask if you are not sure about an item before you order several of
them. Defective items will
be replaced. Please contact me via email
with your particular situation. Items damaged by
shipper: We take extra precautions to make sure your items are packed well. All items are insured by carrier, if it is broken by carrier you must file a claim (they make this as painless as possible) with the carrier (UPS in most cases). Call 1 800 742-5877 for UPS Claims stay on the line for the operator. Once you have called and filed a claim you are done! No need to send anything back please save broken pieces for 10 days in case UPS inspector needs to see them. I will send your replacement out to you right away. :-)
