Meet Chef Mary I Simpson

Mary Simpson was hired as a Kitchen Helper at Kitchen Fantasy back in 2013. On her application she talked about how much she loved to cook and experiment with different baking, sautéing, steaming, and chopping techniques. Since then she has worked under no less then ten chefs, some from as far away as Tuscany, India, Morocco and Ireland.
Like a sponge she has gleamed the very best from her mentors. When Chef Dave was injured in a car accident Mary not only took over for Chef Dave, but has taken the combined self taught and this "gleamed" knowledge to the next level in cooking.
Mary's hobbies include, bread baking, pastries, home made salami, yogurt, and an entire list of things people just don't do anymore. I am excited to see her new original classes.
