Fish Cooking Class 

Working with seafood; selecting fish, cleaning fish, pan fry, bake, sear, and crusting.  We will work with different methods of cooking seafood and how to choose the proper cooking methods.  Spices and seasoning that work to enhance seafood flavor.

 

 

  We will be breaking down  fish to cook it, Chef  will cook a whole fish to demonstrate this method.

 

The two completely contrasting fish will show the thought process in working with fresh fish.
