Dim Sum Cooking Class

Dim sum is a general term for small Chinese dishes. Individual portions are usually kept small so that many dishes can be ordered and sampled by the table.  The variety of items is vast. They range from steamed dumplings to wrapped items, such as, wontons and eggrolls.  In this class we will be making a variety of items with varying preparation methods.
