This class starts with you rolling! 
*It is highly recommended you take the "regular" sushi class prior to this one.* 
 In this class we will focus on some different types of specialty rolls and fillings.

  •    Making of sushi rice Tokyo style (with kombu)

  • Proper rolling methods

  •   Knife handling

  •  Working with "special shrimp"

  • Working with eel 

  •   Flaming Viking Rolls (baked rolls)
      

    Ponzu, Albacore Sauce, Spicy Mayo, Creamy Wasabi, and more 
     
    (you must bring our own or purchase sushi matt for this class)
