My 35qt stainless steel stockpot, order# x, arrived yesterday on schedule via UPS. It's in perfect condition thanks to your very good packaging, with not a single dent or scratch.

The order arrived today, great looking product, good price, and most
importantly...arrived with no dents!

We recently returned a pot from Costco TWICE because they shipped it
with no padding beyond the cardboard box. After returning the second
one we told them to not bother sending another.

Dear kitchenfantasynet,

I left you positive feed back, but I just didn't think it was quite enough. I wanted to write you a little note, too. We are so delighted with our bird nest maker and mini tart pans!

These were both hard-to-find items for me. I looked EVERYWHERE locally and couldn't find a mini pan with a removable bottom. This made no sense to me, since little tarts are ten times harder to get out than big tarts. I couldn't find a bird nest maker anywhere, either. Probably because chicken in a bird's nest is really a southern thing and I am now living in Ohio.

These are both for Thanksgiving dinner. I've never been big on cooking a huge turkey, so we're having roasted Cornish hens in bird's nests with mini pumpkin pies for dessert. Tiny birds and tiny pies. I can't wait.

just wanted to send an email that I received my order today, and I was so impressed with the packaging of it. I ordered cow canister set, and not only was it filled from top to bottom with the little styroform pieces, but on every side of the box it was marked Fragile. The canister set is beautiful.

My order arrived today and I am very pleased. It arrived when you said it would and in good condition. Have "played" with my goodies all evening. Sliced potatoes that didn't need slicing just for the fun of it. They go through the slicer like a hot knife through butter! Got the apple corer for my daughter and tried it on a pear - fantastic! just want to thank you for responding so quickly on a broken canister. It was a Christmas gift for my Daughter and she was upset when she opened it and found one of the canisters were broken. When I sent you the E-mail asking for the # of the canister to give to UPS, that's all that I expected. But you said you would take care of it and send me a new canister. It was very nice getting to meet you in person. Thanks so much for all your
help with the mini tortilla fryer basket. The mini tostadas were a big hit
at our graduate students' reception. The fryer basket was very easy to use,
and made producing the shells almost a joy (both my assistant and I had a
great time making 40 of them!).

I'm so glad that I purchased the fryer from you. It was also nice to visit
your store, and get a couple of other items that I've been needing, but just
