This means that food can be cooked to perfection without any risk of overcooking. Sous Vide cooking retains all of the natural flavors and nutrients in food. This is because the food is sealed in a bag and cooked in its own juices!
We’ll start with a classic Salad Lyonaise, then move on to a Butter Basted rib eye steak with roasted potatoes. For our third dish, we’ll make a Salmon with lemon cream sauce, and asparagus. And for dessert, we’ll have a delicious cheesecake!
