Sous vide cooking may sound intimidating dont worry, we’ll help you along the way! Sous Vide allows for very precise temperature control. This means that food can be cooked to perfection without any risk of overcooking. Sous Vide cooking retains all of the natural flavors and nutrients in food. This is because the food is sealed in a bag and cooked in its own juices!
