We are going to have lots of fun while we do the hard work of learning how to properly dice and slice like real chefs. We are going to work our way through many different types of cuts so you will leave proficient and ready to begin your culinary journey.
Learn to sharpen, and correctly maintain and reline the edge of your knife with a sharpening steel.
The we follow up with a knife demo! You will learn most of the deferent types of knives.
We cover some basic essential elements of French cooking in this class.

(or bring your own)!
This is a Hands on Knife Skills class experience.
Chop, chop, chop, dice, slice, mince etc…
Also learn to sharpen!
1. You can bring your own dull knife (one) and sharpen it in class. Additional knives can be sharpened @ $6.50 each 1/2 off today! Pick up knives, Monday after 11 AM.

3. Will teach you how to use any kind of sharpening steel like a pro!
