In this class, we’ll be making two delicious dishes that you’ll create and eat (so bring your appetite!).
1. Classic Mac and Cheese – with a twist!
Forget the boxed stuff, we’re making mornay sauce from scratch – that’s fancy talk for creamy, cheesy goodness made with real ingredients! You’ll be proud to whip up this gourmet version of a favorite comfort food.
2. Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad
Get those knives ready! You’ll learn to chop, grill, and toss your own chicken to create a Caesar salad that’s crunchy, fresh, and full of flavor.
Not only will you master two delicious dishes, but we’ll also dive into some cool French cooking techniques that every aspiring chef needs to know. You’ll learn new knife skills, gain kitchen confidence, and, of course, have tons of fun!
