Cooking 101 for kids 8-12
Ok kids, we are going to make (and eat) two favorite dishes in this class (so come hungry).
- Classic mac and cheese (with a twist) we are going to make our very own mornay sauce from scratch. Yummy real food not fake cheese!
- Chopped chick Caesar salad. Yes we are going to chop/grill and toss our chicken into a beautiful chicken Caesar salad!
We cover some basic essential elements of French cooking in this class.
