- What foods are nutrient dense?
- Can I eat healthy and enjoy my food?
- What foods fight cancer and diabetes?
- Can I eat a plant based diet and get enough protein?
- Can I eat plant based foods if I am over 60 years old?
This class will be almost 100% hands on. I will discuss benefits of food item/meal prep YOU will be doing the cooking. I will have some items already prepped for you.
