Chef Richard Campos is Southern California native and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (1988). Hid kitchen career lasted almost 40 years and hr achieved Certified Executive Chef Certification from The American Culinary Federation (2012).
Chef Richard Campos has held positions as Executive Chef at UCSD Catering, Mammoth Mountain - Main Lodge, New York Food Company, Colorado School of Mines and The Budweiser Events center in Loveland Co.
He specializes in Catering and American Regional Cuisine. As a Catering Chef he has helped to create successful events that served food for up to 179,000 guests, President Bill Clinton, The Dalai Lama and numerous celebrities, athletes, and Politicians. He has taught Culinary Arts and he recently has re-enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America For the Masters Degree Program In Culinary Leadership. Chef Richard Campos looks forward to teaching culinary enthusiasts at all levels, and strives to have fun while doing so.
