Danielle Apprentice Chef

Apprentice-Chef
Brief info

My love for cooking began at an early age, helping in my grandparents’ kitchen. My grandfather passed down authentic Mexican family recipes, while my grandmother introduced me to the rich flavors of Southern cuisine. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a chef and that cooking was my true passion.

After graduating high school, I attended the Art Institutes Culinary Program in Las Vegas, where I honed my skills in knife work and plating, earning an associate’s degree in culinary arts. Following college, I took time to focus on raising my two children, but my passion for cooking never faded.

About five years ago, I returned to the kitchen, starting with a chocolate-covered strawberry business before working in an authentic Mexican grill. Now, as an apprentice chef, I continue to grow and refine my skills, always bringing passion and dedication to my craft.

I believe the most important ingredient in every recipe is love—when you cook from the heart, the results are always amazing.
