Ethan Hamme currently serves as an Airstream Operator and Knife
Skills/Sharpening Instructor for ZWILLING J.A. Henckels U.S. Division.
Ethan began pulling the 33 ft. Airstream Showroom around America in
2022. The ZWILLING Airstream has now appeared at over 50 different
events including kitchen stores, hardware stores, culinary schools, high
school culinary competitions and street fairs.
Originally from the East Coast, Ethan now resides in Texas and has over
20 years of experience selling kitchen knives, tools and sharpening
equipment across America. He has taught knife skills from coast to coast
in kitchen stores and instructs his students with the same techniques
learned in culinary school classes. In addition to being an expert in knives,
Ethan now cooks with Zwilling owned Staub, Demeyere, Ballarini and
Zwilling pots and pans and knows the qualities of cast iron, carbon steel,
stainless steel and non-stick cookware. He has been on the Airstream at
each event, answering questions and helping consumers learn which
ZWIILLING, J.A. Henckels products are best in their kitchens.
