Meet Chef Richard Campos

Hello, I am Chef Richard Campos.  I am a native of Southern California and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (1988),   My kitchen career lasted almost 40 years and I achieved Certified Executive Chef Certification from The American Culinary Federation (2012) I have held positions as Executive Chef at UCSD Catering, Mammoth Mountain - Main Lodge, New York Food Company, Colorado School of Mines and The Budweiser Events center in Loveland Co.  I Specialize in Catering and American Regional Cuisine.  As a Catering Chef I have helped to create successful events that served food for up to 179,000 guests, President Bill Clinton, The Dalai Lama and numerous celebrities, athletes, and Politicians. I have  taught Culinary Arts and I recently have re-enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America For the Masters Degree Program In Culinary Leadership.  I look forward to teaching culinary enthusiasts at all levels, and strive to have fun while doing so.
