Chef Don is a Southern California native and a graduate of the International Culinary Art Institutes of California. He has been working in professional kitchens for over twelve years now.
His culinary journey has taken him from fine dining steak houses and upscale Italian family fare, to catering weddings parties ranging up to over one hundred people with one helper. He is a chef that does it all from butchering meats to creating fine dining menus.
Chef Don has a flair for creating culinary delights from his artistic imagination that are both tasty and beautifully presented.
