This is a Hands on Knife Skills class experience.

Learn professional tricks to cut safely and quickly.
We will be preparing our own Ratatouille using proper knife skills!
Also learn to sharpen!
1. You can bring your own dull knife (one) and sharpen it in class. Additional knives can be sharpened @ $6.00 each.
2. Will teach you how to perfectly use a sharpening stone.
3. Will teach you how to use any kind of sharpening steel like a pro!
