In this class you will learn to cook the following using a pressure cooker;

Savory Wild Mushroom Flan

Pressure steamed savory custard with wild mushrooms served with a petite herb salad

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

Tender beef braised in Cabernet Sauvignon with fresh herbs and aromatic vegetables

Creamy Cheesecake with Fruit Glaze

A First Rate cheesecake with a lemon essence-so quick  to put together in a food processor.
We will be showing off both our electric and stove top cookers in this class.
