pressure to fracture the shell. However, all that work is rewarded with the
creamy texture and exotic, buttery taste of the Macadamia nutmeat. If you are
using your nutmeat for baking, you will want to be able to extract the nutmeat
intact and not have it crushed under the jaws of other devices.
