Chef Louise Nielsen

Louise Nielsen recently moved to Southern California from Annapolis, Maryland.  She was trained in the culinary field at the Culinary Institute of Americas in Hyde Park, NY.  She is a Certified Working Pastry Chef (CWPC) with the American Culinary Federation, A Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.  She spent nine years as Chef Instructor at a Maryland Community College where she taught baking and pastry credit and personal enrichment classes.  Louise Has won numerous cake art awards through the ACF and International Cake Exploration Society events, including Best in Division (Professional).  Prior to that, she spent many years in Washington, DC restaurants as a Pastry chef. Additionally, she is a Certified Floral Designer with AIFD
