Introducing Chef Matt;

Chef Matt  is a graduate from   Connecticut Culinary Institute    New Haven, Ct. with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef Matt is "American Tasting Institute" Culinary Excellence award winner 2001 and has Developed recipes for Legoland, Jose' Cuervo, & Bacardi.  

Chef Matt is currently  the Executive chef @ The Links at Summerly                   Lake Elsinore, Ca.
